Julie Outreach Foundation (JOF) is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youths, and communities through education, technology, leadership development, career readiness, and community impact initiatives. We believe that true transformation begins when individuals are equipped with the right opportunities, support, and skills to shape their own futures.
Founded with a passion for service and a commitment to creating long-term change, JOF works across Cameroon, USA and beyond to close gaps in access to learning, digital literacy, and personal development. Our programs are designed not just to provide assistance, but to unlock potential and prepare people—especially young people—to thrive in an ever-evolving world
A Story of Hope. A Journey of Impact.
Julie Outreach Foundation (JOF) was born from a dream—one that rose out of hardship, resilience, and an unshakable desire to change lives. Our story began long before our official launch in 2022. It began in the heart of a young boy who understood struggle, hunger, and the silent cries of those life often overlooks.
That young boy grew into a man—Yannick Nche, now a Tech Consultant and CEO of Yandtech Consulting, who never forgot where he came from. He watched his mother, Julie, fight daily battles to feed their family and support their community with nothing but love, faith, and an unwavering spirit of giving. Her compassion became his blueprint for service.

To empower and uplift youth and communities by providing access to quality education, technology trainings, mentorship, leadership development, and essential support services that enable sustainable growth and life-changing opportunities

We provide school supplies, learning materials, scholarships, and academic support to children in low-income communities. Our back-to-school programs help hundreds of children return to school with dignity and confidence
Through digital literacy programs, computer training, and tech workshops, we equip youths with the skills needed to compete in today’s digital economy. We prepare young people for careers in IT, coding, digital media, and online opportunities
We mentor, train, and nurture young leaders through leadership boot camps, motivational programs, and career guidance. Our goal is to raise confident, responsible, and community-driven individuals.
