- At the heart of JOF lies a clear and passionate mission: to raise a generation of young leaders equipped with purpose, vision, and the courage to shape a better future. We believe leadership is not just about titles or positions — it’s about serving others, inspiring change, and unlocking the God-given potential within every young person. Too many youths today face confusion, lack of direction, or the pressure of a world telling them who they should be. We are here to remind them who they were truly created to be. Our mission is to empower young people with the tools, mindset, and opportunities they need to rise up as leaders in their communities, families, schools, and nations. We do this by:
- Providing mentorship and coaching that builds confidence and character
- Offering leadership training rooted in values, ethics, and purpose
- Creating safe spaces for youth to explore their talents and passions
- Connecting them with role models, opportunities, and platforms to lead
- Grounding our work in faith, service, and a commitment to something bigger than themselves
